World Class Salted Caramel

After searching long and hard for the best recipe, we've found it! It's our family's favorite!


  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 Cup Corn Syrup

  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar

  • 2 t Vanilla

  • 1 T Salt

  • 1 1/2 Cup Cream


In saucepan on medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup until combined thoroughly. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cream, vanilla and continue cooking. Whisk continuously until caramel reaches 235-245.


For extra creaminess, emulsify the caramel as it's cooling.
