Gift Certificate:

Gift certificates are available now for Master Classes people ask for all year.

**The Baking Class is a seat at the table for the recipes we do not hand out casually: the cakes we trust, the buttercreams we are known for, and our exclusive Salted Caramel. Students leave with the formulas, not just a taste.

**The Buttercream Floral Design Master Class is built for the person holding the bag for the first time and for the decorator who already knows their way around a petal tip. Same flowers. Same standard.

The teaching is customized to any skill level. Give the class. Or give the choice and let them pick. Either way, it is a Christmas gift that gets used, not shelved. Certificates are good for a year. We would love to see them in class. Merry Christmas 2026.

**Adult Classes

**12 - 16 yr olds

Master Class Gift Card Policy
This gift card is our Christmas gift to you for 2026. We would love to see you in class within a year.
Validity. Gift cards issued for Christmas 2026 are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, or through December 31, 2027, whichever is later. Please schedule and complete your Master Class within that window. Unused balances after the expiration date are forfeited.
What it covers. The card may be applied to the published tuition for one Master Class seat.
How to redeem. Contact us to reserve your seat and present the gift card (physical card or gift-card code) at booking. Class will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable timeframe. Early booking is encouraged so you can choose a date that works for you.
Value and change. The card is good for the face value printed on it. It is not redeemable for cash, and it cannot be returned for a refund. If class tuition is higher than the card value, the difference is due at booking.
Transfer. The card may be given to someone else. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Scheduling and cancellation. Once a seat is reserved, our regular class cancellation and reschedule terms apply.
Our hope. This card is an invitation. We would love to see you within a year. Merry Christmas 2026.
