We will customize your Master Class around your interests -- whether you want to learn how to bake perfect cakes every time; or spend more time on intricate Cake Art!  You let us know and we will customize the class around you!
 
You will gain skills to make sophisticated, elegant cakes.  It's important to us that with the right techniques, you can learn to make the most delicious cakes, buttercreams, and with an exploration of designs, you will be making creative masterpieces of your own.
 
One or two participants for each Master Class, three hours per day.
