Leave it to the French to take an already decadent dessert and make it even richer! This, my friends, is an unbelievably delicious buttercream and/or filling that brings any pastry to a new level of gourmet. Rich in texture, smooth, and creamy, you will taste the difference and never go back to an ordinary recipe. You will not be disappointed! We say, "authentic" because many bakeries are now purchasing and using a commercial tub of frosting that is called "French Buttercream", but has no resemblance to the real thing...and, in fact, has no butter in it or any natural ingredients. French Buttercream has a distinct light yellow tint because it uses egg yolks to enrich its flavor and texture. We are excited to share our exclusive Authentic French Recipe with our MOCA members.
