Basket Weave Class. - September 28

In this two hour class you will learn to make a beautiful buttercream floral basket cake. Each participant will have a crumb coated cake as a canvas to make beautiful buttercream designs. Designs for beginners & skilled bakers.

Mini Highland Cow Cakes - October 5

In this two hour class, each participant will make 6 (six) Mini Highland Cows, each with a different personality. This fun class will tap into your creative side, allowing you to "play" with a large variety of cake accessories to make your individual little cows to take home.
